Welcome to the forums! As stated, enough people on here to help you out. Don't be afraid to ask questions. We won't flame you and that is the only way you'll learn.

Thanks guys
im going to try and fuel up today and twist the nozzle and hope that it lets me fill my tank. So what would you guys recommend? i want to be able to hook up my iphone to the stock radio but it seems like too much trouble. Should i just buy a new head unit?

If you're not careful about taking apart your center console, when you put it back together it can get all creaky and annoying. If you really want to add a line-in, I'd take it to a local audio shop and have them do it. Stock head unit always look cleaner IMO.

Let's see some pics of your ride. Welcome to the forum!

yeah i will definitely take it to a shop, and i agree about the stock unit looking best, but i really want to hook up my phone/mp3 and i dont want to mess my gauges likes some guys have talked about when hooking up the adapter.

Ill post some pics tomorrow when i wash her, i havent had time to clean her because of work .

Thanks again, look forward to learning a lot.

There's a TSB for the fuel fill issue but many that have had the work down (most dealerships won't do it for free out-of-warranty) per the TSB claim it didn't help. It usually has toi do with the design of the saddle tanks.

It often can be remedied to some degree by changing which pump you fill-up at, by turning the handle 45-90 degrees, not putting the nozzle all the way in and slowing the delivery rate. At some pumps it doesn't do it at all.
