Gotta agree. You can do it yourself for cheaper or even a body shop will shoot your whole interior for cheaper.

And what is wrong with bringing exterior color in to the car?

I think people are viewing it as a standalone piece instead of one more product you can use in conjuction with other painted interior parts they sell.

I think even as stand alone it would look pretty good in person. I have always HATED when guys paint a large amount of their interiors, unless professional quality, it always looks half assed and ricey to me.

If I could get ahold of a couple of these pieces though, I'd shoot them body color myself and install just to see. Not too sure I want to gamble with my oem pieces though, just in case it looks like crap I want to be able to go back to stock.

I do think it would go well with my red wilt material in my door panels and my redline/red stitched shift boot. I think it'd accent pretty well.

Have you scoured any salvage yards? You might be able to find just the pieces you are looking for to try this yourself. Good luck.

Agreed that these in conjunction with other color-keyed parts would look pretty good. But for as much as I love my Legend Lime / LimeGold, I'll leave that color on the outside, thank you very much . . .

lol $150. My buddy told me about those the other day..

I got those, the window switch plates, and shifter trim painted to match the IUP vent color and finish.. and the center console and speaker grill rings painted to match the car.. for $100. It may have been $120?

Crappy pic but we also wrapped the rest of the plastic in suede.

All of that for less than what they want for just the radio surrounds lol.

I do still love AM though.
