Default New GT 12.4" brakes installed

I had changed my rear rotors and all front and rear pads back on February. I didn't replace my front rotors at the time because I thought it was a little too pricey to have the same tiny rotors installed. I had asked a few weeks ago how to replace to the bigger GT brakes and someone referred me to the kit American Muscle sells. I checked it out and bought it last week. I finally got them installed on my car. Here's a before and after pic so you guys can see the difference in look.

After:

You can feel a bit of improvement in stopping power in normal driving. I just got them installed like 15 minutes ago, so I haven't had a real test yet. And the bigger brakes look 100x better than those tiny V6 brakes. And as some of you may recall, I had painted my brake calipers a few months back. They're holding up great! They're just full of brake dust, but no chipping and cracking.

Antonio323,

That looks sick! The GT breaks will make a huge difference in stopping distance & power.

I am glad to hear you are happy with the set up! Thanks for shopping with AM!

I agree that extra rotor size looks a lot better then the stock V6 rotors, I am running those on my car as well.

I had them replaced with some ceramic pads. Not sure of the brand, the shop just put them on.
