Awesome! I disagree with others regarding the 1k mileage is bad for a 6 year old car. The engine is fine, don't even worry about it. On the other hand, thats only 1k of miles that someone elses butt has been in YOUR seat and only 1k miles on the suspension and brakes and clutch. I think 1k miles on your 6 year old car is a hell of a deal! Congratulations!

I believe that is fair. My balance on the loan is 22k, so 8k goes towards the Shelby and 22k to pay off my old loan.
Are you sure?30k sound like a lot for trade in on a 10.I'm thinking they really gave you 22 and tacked the 8k onto the back end of the loan.Believe me,they can move and hide money all around in a loan.
In any case, everyone seems happy and it is a fine looking car, congrats!

Congratulations, it sounds like a great find! Mine had 1400 miles on it 2 yrs ago when I bought it! I told my wife I was going to go by just to take a look at it! Dang I couldn't walk away from it. I put some money down to hold it and went back a few weeks later and trailered it home! Wife was very understanding about the whole deal, she still makes fun of "just looking"! You are going to have a blast!!!
