I just bought a 2008 GT from a local Ford dealership and I had to take it back for a few issues with the car. I still hear a ticking noise under the shifter and more so over by passenger side. The dealer has made two failed attemps to fix it and when I picked it up today I test drove the car and it feels like the overall speed of the car is declining. The dealer has had the car for a total of 10 out of the 28 days that I have owned the car and I just requested my money back for the car in which they said they will not grant a refund. Im in the state of NY so im looking into what legal rights I have. Any feedback in regards to the ticking noise and even if anyone has had a similar situation with a car dealer would be appreciated.
