You can find really good used wheels/tires for a few hundred bucks in the sales threads and Craigslist ads.

I agree, we've had great experience with these Sumitomo's on our cars and customer cars. They're descent in the rain and have nice grip on the dry pavement. Like you already said, there's really nothing better for the killer price! If you're on a budget, this is the best bang for your buck for sure.

Looks like Shane put together a great package for you, to offer what you want and meet your budget needs.

Obviously, there's always better, but it'll be above where your budget allows.
