Exhaust for my 2012 V6 3.7L mustang
Hello Guys,
So, i have a 2012 Mustang V6 3.7L. I would like a little more sound to my ride. I have looked at flowmaster, basani, Borla and magnaflo. I just cant decide what will give me good sound. I dont want to sound like one of theses crappy ricers, HA! I know i will never get that V8 rumble but what is a good way to go with this? axle back, cat back, X or H pipes, get rid of the resonator? If you have sound clips of your V6 that would be great.
Thanks,
Mike

3.7L Exhaust
The best plan is to try and hear them for yourself at a mustang show or your local Mustang club. I am working on a compilation page on my website to serve as a one stop place to hear everything 3.7L exhaust from youtube.
Here is my best video. I have more on you tube. I am running the Full Bassani system. Without cats I had more popping noises.

I've asked this before and the feedback I got is pretty much just to look around a lot on YouTube. And of course try to find some in person and listen. Since you live in Colorado, go to the Colorado section and find out if anyone is having a meetup and go chill and there's surely to be some souped up 3.7L's! I have a Roush Axleback on order for my 3.7L. I'll of course show video when it's installed, but from what I've heard around, video does NO justice. And I believe it. From what I've listened to at high quality with good bass headphones in, Borla and Roush seem the best. Here's a guy on YouTube that does really good showing different speeds and its good quality for the Roush. This Link.
Anyways, X or H pipes have different effects. I think H was the best? Can't remember what I was told. Also I think I was told the Off Road pipe made it raspy yet pop more. I forget. But i think a full Bassani setup or just an Axle Back being Roush or Borla. Hope this helps a little. Just search YouTube dude with nice headphones!

I just put the Flowmaster Force II Axle-Back Exhaust on my 2011 V6 2 days ago. So far I and my wife like them (it is her daily driver). I live in Loveland and will be at the Horsefeathers Car Show at Stapleton on Aug 4th if you want to hear them. I have a black Premium convertible. I will be flying a Northern Colorado Car Club flag by my car.
