Default nosie when turn right

Whenever I turn the wheel this a little bit right, or all the way right i hear a little nosie, but it more like i feel something moving, like it worn out, some shops can't find it, they said it was the driver side wheel bearing, i replace 2 times and still the same feel. any idea

Check the front stabilizer bar chassis bracket nuts, starting with the passenger side.

Have you done any suspension mods recently?

Can you describe what the noise sounds like?
Do you have oversized tires in front?
Can you make a vid of the noise when it happens? Like a gopro stuck outside looking at the offending wheel when turning?

It's definitely not a wheel bearing issue. When wheel bearing starts to go bad, you hear a humming noise, and the noise gets louder as the speed increases. Could be a ball joint issue.
