Pull the seat belt gently towards you, don't yank and pull hard. I started this thread and really have no issue with it if you just pull it slowly and gently!

I tried that Flash. I pulled as gently as I possible could this morning and it still popped off. Maybe I should just epoxy the joint and take the whole breakaway out of the equation.
