I agree. I don't know your uncle, but I'm guessing he is a shade tree mechanic and probably not even using a ford service manual. The cams might still not be timed right, but better than before.

I still think the original tuner swapping the cams timed them wrong causing the backfire at idle. it could have been 1 tooth off and the VVT made up for it some when warm. I don't know enough about setting cam timing on the 4.6, but I know enough to go by the ford manual.

Post that backfire video again with the stock cams.

At this point I'd be taking it to a Ford dealer to have them check base timing. It's possible to install 1 cam 180 degrees out from the other and the car still run. Try unplugging the passenger side cam position sensor and see if the car runs better, power is back. If not, plug it back in and try unplugging the drivers side cam position sensor. The idea is to cause the car to fire twice, once on intake and once on exhaust stroke, so if the cam is upside down, then you will still have combustion.

Moose, i did understand a bit what happened on the dyno, he made a run to see
My weak 325 rwhp, tryed loading one of his Own roushcharger tune on his laptop, made 390 rwhp but the car ran like **** cause of My cams, at this point it had some Back fire because the tune he loaded didnt work with my cams, he then switched in the Stock cams started the car with even worst back fire. He didnt retune it at This point. Yesterday when i picked up my car with my
Hot rods, the idle was clean, like you can see in my Video, when i tryed loading HIS tune, it Was horrible. So i kinda understand what he tryed but hes an idiot
Cuz he just loaded a tune he had on his laptop that is not made for aftermarket cams like wtf, guess were poor in good tuner over here regarding what uour telling me to try, ur aware now that the car does not back fire anymore (with the HR cams)?

I'm aware the backfire is gone. i'm trying to concentrate on the no power issue now. Read post #2 in this link. It's possible to install one cam 180 degrees opposite the other and it still idle fine. If you disconnect the cam position sensor, it will fire the spark plugs for that bank twice.

The cam phasers, timing chain, and crank gear are all marked. It would be very easy to see if they're mistimed for someone who knows what they're looking at. I'd love to see a photo if it together but with the timing cover off.

Hold the phone! You have an aftermarket throttle body? There's your problem right there.

Are you sure it's not a bbk throttle body? Never heard of master flow throttle body.

Mass Airflow? As in Mass Airflow Sensor. Is that what they were talking about?

Throttle body is bolted to your supercharger inlet. Mass air flow sensor or tube is what the air filter is attached to.
