Wow - they turned a DIY maintenance item into a dealer $100 repair? I used to have a Buick Park Avenue Ultra (supercharged), and got rid of it when I found out the motor need to be lifted out of the car in order to change the fan belt.

Taking off/putting back on your bumper isn't hard at all. I did it yesterday by myself and everything went quickly and smoothly.

DIY, why would i want to do it myself when its a new car and under warranty, thats why i paid 37k for it lol, n they dont know what is wrong, the guy said he checked the relay for the foglights and they dont know what is causing them to not come on and that they would need to take my bumper off and would need the car for an entire day to do this. but with all this being said im just gonna wait until i can get it to a better dealer in a week or two!! n plus i have the maint. package when i bought the car, ever 7k i get my oil changed, well im at 6800 miles now and i also told them i wanted my oil change while they had the car, they told me that ford is really strict and that i would have to get to 7k miles exactly first before they could change my oil, after they told me this that made my mind up completely to never have them do anything for me again, i mean 200 miles please i can do that in one day of cruising, the ford dealership in luray, VA will never get any of my business again for anything and i mean anything!!!

It seems like there are more dealers you should run from, rather then run to. It's truly sad.

I just thought of something about your fogs. Would you happen to have the brights on somehow and not realize it cause the fogs will not come on with the highbeams on.

Also, unless things have changed on this since 2007, the parking lights or headlights need to be on, and the ignition switch needs to be in the ON position.

My *point* is that on my 2012, the fog lights can be replaced without removing the front fascia OR the grille. On the '13, they've changed it o require more effort, and the absurdity is that it's just a maintenance item.
