Default Is there an aux port on Shaker 500?

I noticed the Shaker 500 system in my car has a button for auxiliary audio but I see no port anywhere. Is there one somewhere that is hidden? Would be nice to be able to plug in an MP3 player or smart phone to play through the stereo.

The port is in the center console, beside the other power outlet.

There is not one in the 2005 or 2006, but I believe they started putting one there in the 2007+.

Only 2007+ have it and it would be located in the center console. Supposedly there is a spot on the back of the Shaker to hook it up. I picked up a PIE but never got around to installing it yet.

... but you can install one... I did. Tried several, but the Soundgate AUX input adapter has been great. Got that, along with a "dash mount" 3mm input jack & installed it in the console, just where the factory input would be. Works great. The advantage of the Soundgate adapter (over the others) is that it's powered through the harness... no external wiring for power required. My only criticism of the adapter is that there's no adjustability to the gain... output is not quite as high as I'd like it, relative to the output of the radio and/or disc player, but otherwise works fine. Got it from logjam electronics.

The port is there in the back of the receiver, but they only added the convenience of it in the center console in 07
