I like the car, but it should no way in heck be called a Mustang. I don't care what people say, a Mustang should always be retro. Don't be like Dodge and use names on cars that are nothing like what they should be.

The ecoboost in the F150 (3.5L I believe?) makes 460hp.

Just saying...

This is a Ford Marketing Ploy ... Ford is gonna advertise big changes to the 2015 Mustang to make it sound not very appealing .. that will make everyone go out and buy 2013/2014 models like crazy. Then the 2015 will come out with 5.8 Liter Coyote, 500HP, look like a Ford GT etc, etc .. then everyone will trade in for a 2015 ...

That article was pretty unequivocal. The EcoBoost is coming. My speculation is probably an entry-level model. As for styling, the articles hitting lately have simply been saying pieces of the Evos concept will be used, so all the hand-wringing over the pictures of the concept car are a little premature IMHO. I don't think we have seen anything near what the final car will look like.

So far all I see that we "know" is IRS is coming, EcoBoost is coming, and some flavor from the Evos concept will show up.

Or maybe it was 365? Either way, it's an impressive amount

Just 'cause eco-boost will be available does not mean that the 5.0 will be discontinued. Remember they just developed that motor and it as still evolving.

Just as BMW offers a turbo 4 as does Mercedes, those cars still have high hp V8s with M and AMG models available.

I wish they would've put the IRS in the 2005 + models.
