Wheel screw broke off

ANY shop that has touched your wheels may have over-torqued the studs. The rare times that I allow a shop to touch my wheels, it's only if I'm allowed in the shop and watch them HAND TORQUE the nuts. Otherwise, yours failed due to a defect.

I'd see what the others are torqued down to and go from there.

As others have said, a nice hammer and punch tool and it pop right out. Or an old screwdriver you don't like anymore.
Feel for the opposite end of the wheel stud on the back side of the rotor. If you can find it with your fingers, then you won't have to remove the brakes or anything. Just the wheel...
Proper torque measurement is 100 ft/lbs. You can buy torque wrenches for a decent price most of the time.

Most people can't pull 150 on a torque wrench, so it sounds like maybe someone used an impact gun with either (a) an improper torque stick or (b) no torque stick and did it by "feel".

Lugnuts are actually pretty difficult to overtighten to the point of breaking studs. They take 100 ft/lbs no problem, you could probably put 140/150 on them an still not break.
