Default Build Date + Shipping
Can anyone let me know how long it takes for shipping after the build date?

It depends on where you live. I take it that you are ordering straight from factory? Going from MI to MO took two to three days. I suspect it would take that same time to go to MD. It goes on a train straight out of MI and then once in MD goes on a truck and then to your dealer.
