NICE! Looks like they've improved an already perfect shifter. I set mine to the shortest throw possible.
It'll feel quite stiff at first compared to the factory slop-stick but your arm will quickly compensate and you'll get used to it. My favorite thing to do is have people sit in the driver seat and row through the gears. Always get an "OMG, this is freaking short!"
