Yes. It's a line converter so it has RCA jacks. I found the wiring diagram for a 2011 Mustang online and used that to find +/- L and R sub output going into the amp.

I think I would have gone with a box that was made for the car so that you still have use of the trunk.

Eh, personal choice unrelated to the install. I have 3 cars so trunk space in the BOSS was not important. That's what the BMW or Equinox is for. I have made fitted boxes before but guarantee they don't sound this good.

It's plugged into the amp but thats the output. Makes sense now, the way you described it before it sounded like you were taking a already low level signal amd converting it lower.

Do the tail lights rattle? The brackets in my tail light shake uncontrollably! It drives me crazy. I have 2 layers of Dynomat as well and it doesnt help. One of the brackets actually fell off haha

I thought they were pre amp .. but you are correct .. they are not. I also see that I have both sets of wires attached to the RIGHT SUBWOOFER only ... instead of 1 set RIGHT and 1 set LEFT. Not sure if it matters though.

Hey JDWALTON where do you live in FL? I also live in FL. I replaces all 4 speakers fronts and rears with these http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...a-682.9cf.html

infinity kappas. The fronts were easy but the rears were a pain in the *** had to basically take apart the whole rear of the car. So the speakers are great but the car has almost NO VOLUME and im not hearing the real quality of the speakers because the stop amp is trying to power all 4 speakers plus the stock subs.

When you fade it all the way out to the rear its still very low volume. What I want to do is add an AMP so the speakers have power. I have no idea how to do any audio work I was wondering maybe if you can help me install an AMP in my car I would pay you of course. thanks.
