Default 2007 Mustang Check Charging Cable fix

Well I had my check charging warning come on my car with the battery sign. I took it to Auto Zone and they told me my alternator was fine and battery was fine. So I went to my battery terminal and cleaned them. They didn't look dirty but I did anyway. But now everything seems fine. My question is if I disconnected my battery, would that just delay my warning signs from coming back.

Thanks

If the icon came on then something was detected. I'd keep an eye on the battery and alternator voltages just in case. It's possible that a dirty connector provided just enough resistance to pull in the annunciator. I'm not sure what you think disconnecting the battery has to do with "delay" of an issue.
