Since i got rear ended i decided to take the opportunity to upgrade to a GT bumper since insurance paid for most of it. now I just have to find a dual exhaust I like to finish it off. Any ideas??

Looks good and welcome back!
There's only minimal performance gains with duals, hence why I decided to stay with the single exhaust. Duals definitely look better and will also sound a little better than the single. ;-)
I've read a lot of threads in regards to changing over to duals and a majority recommended the H pipe for the best sound. H pipe supposedly has a more low aggressive tone than the X pipe. As far as the exhaust, there are many different options. The best thing is to go to youtube and listen to find out which one works best for you.

1. Used GT exhausts off of an manual GT
2. FRPP (Ford Racing Performance Parts)
2. SLP Loudmouths (Street Leag Performance)
3. MAC Boomtubes
4. Pypes Violators
5. Borla Stingers

That's only true for the V8's, which have a low frequency rumble there to begin with. An X-pipe essentially suppresses this rumble in exchange for slightly better overall flow under certain conditions, while an H only softens the rumble a bit (as compared with straight duals with no crossover).

A sixxer has no such rumble to begin with.

looks like your exhaust tip is tucked quite far in the bumper..
