Default gauge install ?

what color is the wire to hookup the gauge lights so they will dim with factory lights?

hooking up sos pillar pod and 3 gauges need to know what color the wire is to hook to factory dash lights

It depends of what year your car is. According to the info under your avatar, you have a 2008 GT. Is that really the what you have?

You might be able to find out what color the wire is if you can find a wiring schematic for the headlight switch. Google is your friend.

i found what i needed when i pulled the headlight panel and wired to the dimmer for speedhut gauges oil pressure, water temp and voltage for now.

I have the same combo - sos pillar pod with speedhut gauges.

really like your setup,the black trim rings look great, i went with the brushed aluminum to match my factory gauges.the brushed ring was a little brighter than i expected, almost looks chrome. i have them installed except for wiring in the sending units, can't decide on oil pressure transducer whether to tee off the factory port or use a sandwich adapter and want to wire the water to the block on drivers side plug under the exhaust.

I removed my factory sender altogether, and ran the factory wire to ground to get rid of the idiot light. I'm thinking about painting my dash bezels satin black to match the gauges.

Is there a simple way to change cluster color scheme? I got the v6 cluster
And when my light are on i get a horrible cheap green light on all my cluster, look cheap;(
