Same here. If you want the very best, it's Amsoil.

Amsoil is one of the best but a waste if you're changing it before 8k miles. I change mine prematurely at 10k miles and know that I'm good for at least 15k. If you're changing before 8k miles, then M1 or any of the other name brand full syns are excellent. And if you're changing before 5k miles, then stick with the Motorcraft blend, get equal protection yet save some cash.

Ok so between amsoil oe , XL and signature series is there any difference? Should I just stick with amsoil oe or maybe go with signature series?

That would depend on what your intended maintenance schedule is. Any of the Amsoil choices are fine but check their website for what they recommend for mileage on each product.

AMSOil Signature for me on 1 of the mustangs and the touareg. I decided to try the penzoil ultra in Nancys mustang. No complaints and a walmart has great deals on it.

I guess we could all opine on what is best based on what our uses are, but you didn't indicate your driving style or how are using your car... More details would be helpful.
