Go to your dealer. Show them all the parts you want to get. Tell them you have cash in hand and to knock off 20%. If not Im walking to another dealer down the road.

Let me know if you need help.

I tried that, dealer just shrugged. Plus their prices were insane. Just for the body pieces, not even the little extras you need (or head lamps) it was already $1500.

I did the math and if I get the bumper w/ all the mounting hardware and just the headlights it would be right at a grand. Then I would still need grilles, fogs, chin

Im half tempted to go that route and just save a while for the rest. It would look pretty dumb without grilles though...

$2k and it doesnt make the car any faster. Dude get a chin spoiler and save the rest for mods that really do something. I say this because it sounds like funds are limited for you at the moment.

Disclaimer.....the above car looks amazing....but $2k .....Dayum!!

Thats part of my dilemma. Its a lot of money to spend but it looks so good at the same time.
I think I will spend the next few weeks scouring the internet for prices and see what I can come up with. If I can find some good deals on used parts like headlights/grills from wrecked cars than it might be doable. There is a company on ebay that sells refurbished bumpers for like $425 and they come painted.

If anyone has some good advice on places to look for cheap parts than let me know! The problem seems to be that gt500s are rare enough that you dont find many wrecked ones being parted out.

Also, does anyone sell gt500 grills that arent overlays? I see several billet grilles on ebay for like $150 for both upper and lower which would cut like $200 off of my cost but I cant tell if they are replacements or overlays. I would prefer the stock look but it if makes it affordable I can easily replace them with OEM later.
