That is the Classic Design Concepts RTR license plate surround.

I think it is a great looking change to the rear. I like it on your car rolling13

It just seems very random and a bit pointless.
Although it might just be the difference in angles, the pic with the flat panel makes the bumper appear a bit slimmer and less bloated.

But hey, if you like is thats all that matters! Always fun to get some new mods done.

Eh....not a huge fan. I agree with the randomness of it. Go for it though as long as you like it.

I didn't like the OEM look at all! I took the photo to show the BOSS defusser and the higher angle that it is seen normally looks great. CDC parts do draw pollerized coments.

I prefer the stock look! I saw those on American Muscle but decided to leave my 13 alone for now. Question, what spoiler is that? Seems to sit quite high. Is that factory?

OP take another picture. Turn the parking lights on, center yourself with the back of car, back way up and zoom in on the camera.

It will look ****, trust me.. then post it.

That is a stock spoiler - but not for the MCA edition. I ordered the GT/CS spoiler to replace the small flat one that comes stock on the MCA.
