Yes there is, watch this video and it will tell you how to take your old panel off. The other thing I did was use electrical tape to cover the holes under the panel because this panel doesn't completely seal and I didn't want water and dirt getting inside the panel and causing corrosion problems. Watch the video and you'll see what I mean.
