Thought this might be interesting...

I was organizing all of my vehicle maintenance history, parts purchases, and upgrades (oh the excitement) for my 2005 Premium GT and was pretty surprised with the total.

WITH upgrades and extended warranty: $10,001.81 Estimated
WITHOUT upgrades and extended warranty: $6,976.81 Estimated

Holy crap! Had no idea...

So here's the question, what do you think you've spent on maintenance, parts, upgrades, and warranties?

That's not a number I like to add up. Mods alone I'm over $12k .............with more to come too. Lol

had an old '05 v6. put about 5k into it before trading for my 2010gt.
On my '10 i have about 8k in parts and 1k~ in maintenance.
My '03 gt is about to get about 3k in parts soon, expecting to spend at least 10-15k+ more. Its an addiction..

I don't keep track of it unless it starts to need a lot of non-prevenative maintenance repairs. I.E. Starters, alternators, water pumps, failing engine components etc....

Not too crazy IMO.

But geez, what kind of extended warranty are those??
You can buy another GT for that! LOL.

Once I get my D.O.B manifold, I'm gonna say I am in the 15-20k range for parts/upgrades. This has become a huge money pit for me. I wish modding wasn't a disease.
