I use Ultra Pennzoil myself with Factory Filter. I however do a 180 mile RT commute every day, but I change my oil out at 4,000-5,000 miles, sometimes sooner because I am very hard on my car.

The Blend will be just fine. Infact 500 miles before your next change dump 7-8oz of seafoam into the oil fill and and if any sludge has accumulated it will help wash it out so to speak. If you have used 100% Dino oil all this time.
