Question Someone please tell me exactly what this is.

Yes i know they're control arms, Im talking about the rear upper control arm. I just got this from a friend and he didnt know much about the set except it was for my year car. Searching around it kinda looks like its steedas 3rd link with a pad non painted. The bushing is a little different though.

but im not sure if its that one for NON lowered cars (which i need) or this one

which the picture doesnt show a difference and i really need to KNOW the difference or if anyone has this kit or the "Steeda STOP THE HOP" kit which is the same please let me know if they think it would work with my non lowered car, and i dont plan on lowering. Thank you guys im just not sure what to do and dont want to install the wrong part. These are the lower control arms here for sure thats why i beleive the Upper is too.

Just measure the upper control arm between the center of both mounting holes. If it's the same as stock you're golden.

Stock upper control arm measures 8.5 inches between the center of the mounting holes, give or take 1/16 of an inch.

All non adjustable upper control arms are for non lowered cars, the adjustable ones can be used on either or. The 3rd picture you have is for lower control arms. 05-13 takes the same upper and lower control arms the 11+ has a different upper control arm mount.

Steeda does make a non-adjustable UCA (in a different length) for lowered cars.

Thank you guys, I'm just still confused about one thing. Why does the upper have that pad on it but most others don't? Will that pad make the ride different? I've read alot and seems like if it has a pad its considered the 3rd link with the bracket. If its better for ride that's great but if not ill sell it, i just dont know why i would need the pad unless it really is hit something or stopping clunking it looks like but why wouldnt every lower upper have that?

It's a bump stop, they all have one, that one is just a little different.
