Default Clicking noise after new alternator install

So my alternator died last week and I replaced it yesterday with a PA Performance 200 amp alternator.
The alternator works great but now I have a clicking noise coming from my dash when I switch the ignition to the on position. From a quick search I have found that the clicking is likely one of the AC door actuators.
Do you guys think that it is just coincidental that the day I get a new alternator installed the door goes bad or could it be something else?
The clicking wasnt there (I think) the first couple times I started the car after the install, but it appeared within 24 hours or so.

Im going to try and test out the actuators later tonight and see if they are actually the problem.
