So let me get this straight. You claim to know the serialized number of your registered Saleen but can't find the plaque to confirm this? I am sure this would be one of the first things I would look for during my research prior to purchase, but what do I know. I'm a lowly GT/Mach 1 owner. BUT, here is the information you're seeking:

Choose the first link.

Maybe you just got a GT with a Saleen body kit? All Saleens have the plaques.

Yeah....that's it.....someone took it off. That's the ticket. Dude, you should just lay low, eat some crow, swallow your pride and reintroduce yourself here. It's open season on you because of your opening post.

This is by far the best Mustang board around and you would be hard pressed to find better members and information.

So, you can either request a do over, leave or continue to get slammed. Your choice.

Your pictures show a vortech supercharger installed on your car ,not a saleen and I was not aware that saleens were built with automatic trans. The plaque should be pretty visible. I would call and verify the VIN with saleen and make sure its a legit saleen or you may find out that your car isnt so "exotic" after all.
