You can find a 2005 Mustang GT (Depending on miles) for $7,000-$11,000

You can find a 2011 5.0 GT for roughly around $20,000

I prefer the body style of the 05-09 personally. At least from the back! No doubt a Woman designed that narrow as*! LoL (Maybe not but no offense to the 2010-2013 guys that car is dope.)

You already stated that you wanted to supercharge.

Not every supercharger is going to get you to JUST A 5.0 no wayyy. Some set ups are way past that.

Drop the money for the older model and scratch the high payments or depending on your bank account, all payments and enjoy the modding like us!!!

Just my bit of input

If you want the resale value and insurance to be higher then go for the newer model. But is that what you want???????

Do tell your game plan

I would go for the 5.0 If I could afford it.

I don't know "E". I park beside 05-09's all the time and every time I walk up to my car or walk away from it, these new body styles look so much cleaner. Unless you have a heavily modded exterior 05-09, they actually look pretty bland and plain. I use to feel the same way until I actually now own a 2013, had a 2010, and see the two models lined up together. It's all personal though! My favorite body style after the 2010-2014 would have to be the my old 2004 GT.

I see it this way:
'13-'14 > '05-'09 > '10-'12

I would not want the motor in a crappy body. I don't buy ugly cars, I just can't. They have to appeal to me. The '11-'12's might have that nice coyote, but the *** end looks like crap. The '13-'14's have struck gold imho. Engine and looks. If I could I would. But since I can't, and probably never will I'll stick to my stang. Besides, It's in the wedding video and my first child came home in it. And my second one will as well. It's special to me.

I dont care for the 2010-2011 models. My favorite year for the new Mustangs is 2007. The GT/CS in white with black trim is beautiful to me and the one I'd want the most. It sure would be sweet to get that model with a Coyote engine in it.

This is a pic of one Ive always found to appeal to me the most....

Not a huge fan of the plastic line in front of the headlights but other than that it's my dream car.

Sorry about the Father in law..

You mentioned that you wanted to be supercharged.

Buy an 05 or 06 with decent miles for less than $10K

Slap a blower and a few supporting mods on for $7K or less

Make Wife happy and own your supercharged ride out right for 15K-17K and dump the 2011 idea for $20,000+ stock and $26,000+ supercharged.

Keep that $10,000 in yo bank account!!!
