PCV hose connectors

PCV hose connectors
Has anybody seen the push on and click type PCV connectors used on the Mustang 4.6 engine? I don't want to buy the hose, just the end connectors that connect the hose to the intake manifold & valve cover. Just need to know where I can buy them.
