I saw in a pic that the door sills were lit in a ambient color shot, which led me to believe this was included in this package. Then I went to the Ford site and it seems the illuminated door sills is a separate option? So ambient lighting only includes the foot wells, doors and cup holders then?

On my '13 Premium, the ambient lighting controls the color of the doorsills. The window sticker does not list a separate option for lighted sills, it's part of the ambient lighting package.
