Default Help with 2007 shaker 500 (aux)

Greetings gentlemen,

I recently bought an 07 mustang gt premium, and I absolutely love it. However one huge problem for me is the damn auxiliary port isn't working. I plug in my phone and play music, and press the "aux" button then "line in" appears on the screen, but I hear nothing playing. What are my options for trying to fix this? If I removed the shaker 500 box would there be something back there that is unplugged or something? or does there need to be some type of software update? Thanks in advance!

Plug in your music player, press play, then try the three different AUX channels, usually only one of them will work.

Yeah, from memory, just keep pretty Aux and it will cycle through the Aux inputs. and of course make sure your phone has the volume turned up and the headphones jack works (can check with headphones), and of course that your stereo volume is loud enough.
