that's not the radio, it's a separate display module. The radio sits behind the trim panel below the display.

Mine has the same "moisture" look to it. They will replace this if I just take it to a dealer? I couldn't figure out what the hell it was, it's almost as if a film is scratched over the display.

I had my faceplate and lens replaced last month due to the etching on the lens and my work order also says they replaced the radio. I'm not sure why they did since I'm pretty sure the radio display was fine. Anyway, I now have a blue line next to my outside temp display and my radio display says "mustang" when I first start the car. I didn't have either of these things before the repair.

As long as it's under warranty they should. My Kid brothers didn't change and eventually quit. But they covered it no questions asked. I'd just ask the Dealer to be sure, but I bet they do.

Just saw this post. My 2013 Mustang had same problems with the display module screen. It's a pretty common problem based on readings in other Mustang forums. Appears to be an issue with tinting on the outside of the plastic screen from the factory.

There are details of how to just change the front screen with replacement plastic piece of the same size. Took me about 30 minutes including disassembly of all the trim pieces to get to the display module and cost was about $20. Dealer would probably replace the entire unit probably no cost, but it wasn't worth my time and the project turned out perfect.
