Got this email from Steeda this morning:

Steeda is the ****! This went so far beyond my expectations it's insane.

As an aside, they said that it can happen when the spring coating gets chipped and exposed to the elements. So I guess whoever mentioned that earlier was right. That was an awesome email to wake up to, I had no idea that's what was going to happen.

Awesome response from Steeda.

Glad you're getting everything replaced Sonic, plus the fact that you weren't even the original buyer makes Steeda customer service that much more amazing!

Since the OP is running stock shocks, now may be a good time to switch to the Koni STRT.T, contact Sam Strano....especially, since they will have to remove the strut to replace the springs.

Also, check your strut mounts, I recommend these:

Glad it is going to all get worked out. They stood by their product, and that's good.

Way to go Steeda FTW!
I've seen factory springs break so it can happen to any spring evidently.

We appreciate the support ... when you order from Steeda ... you are getting the full support of engineers, designers, and the manufacturers that make the parts. No middle men, no hoops, etc.

Just remember though ... Warranties and replacement parts do not cover abuse.

Best Regards,

TJ
