I'm all for the rear louvers. Mine are aluminum. I think they extend the retro theme. And I'm going for the Boss homage look.

Rear window louvres just scream trailer park and yes I was raised in a trailer park deep in redneck territory in east Texas so I can vouch for this. But that's just my opinion, I mean it in a friendly way, so don't take it seriously.
Three weeks ago I tried GT350 rear window louvres, took them right off and have them for sale now. Makes the rear quarter look too long on grabber orange cars IMO. Darker cars look good with them but lighter cars no.

Mark's look awesome. Been thinking about getting some for mine and having them painted to match. My biggest concern is if the rattle or whistle, maybe someone can weight in on that.

Mine do rattle some on the larger bumps. Went by the MRT tent at the Shelby gig in Tulsa last year and they said the rattle was coming from the prop rods. I put vinyl tape on the places I thought were rattling but it still does somewhat. I guess I have gotten used to it because doesn't bother me any more. No whistle or wind noise from mine tho!

Love my aluminum louvres. They came painted satin black, after about 4 years of living outside they got some scratches on them so I had them powder coated and they really look sweet now.

Also had to replace the foam on each slat, used weather stripping from Lowes that's a bit thicker than original. NO rattles at all.

Good to know. I will seriously think about it if I get my stripes painted on someday.
