Default Fade whine from the rear of the car

Hey guys,

I've been hearing a very low/fade whine from the rear end of the car. The whine starts at approx. 40mph till almost 60-65 mph and then it cant be heard. The whine is speed dependent and does not vary with rpm. The whine is there when Im slightly depressing the accelerator and starts to disappear when I let go the accelerator, and as soon I place my foot back it comes again. As I mentioned the whine is very low that i can only hear it clearly with windows closed and radio off. I wanna know if its a differential related issue or a wheel bearing issue or just something else.

Thanx alot.

Alam
