Mine is out too. I have the Ford ESP warranty when I bought the car a few months ago from a ford dealership so i may just take it in and see what they say. I just wish they made a manual seat rather then power.

Man that stinks. I've got a '14 with 4K miles and my seat is already having issues going back and forth. It feels like it is stuttering when trying to move the seat back. Up and down is smooth as butter.

Check to make sure your tracks are clean. The tracks may also need a bit of grease.

You should have them checked out at your dealer and speak to your Service Manager about this, 02GTowner. He/She is in the best position to look into this for you. He/she can check into any warranty, assistance, recalls, or Customer Satisfaction Programs that may apply to your vehicle.

I’d like to get this escalated to the customer service manager for your area, Mike1Six. Please PM me with your VIN, dealer, full name, mileage, and best daytime number so I can help.
