If you're not too concerned about the fold down seats, you can mount carpeted MDF across the trunk behind the seats. That's where I mounted my amps. You can cut the MDF to fit just the amp and still allow use of a pass-through trunk.

No problem. It's a 12 inch sub. We custom made the box out of wood and ply. Has to be at specific dimensions for sound acoustic quality.
