Default Brake Light and Traction Control Issue

So I have this issue with my 07 gt auto with the brake light and traction control lines popping on. It only seems to happen in hotter weather. Or even today at random points. Once they come on, nothing changes as far as drivability or anything of that nature. Then a while later when I fire it up and those lights are off and don't come back for a while. I talked to a dealer and was told that it had to do with the aftermarket rear end in it. I was just curious as to whether or not this seems reasonable. I am sure the car has a tune as well, just not sure on what kind. The car has never run poorly or staggered at all.

Thanks

Something wants me to say it's an issue with the ABS system but I can't recall the details. At least that was a symptom on one of my other vehicles awhile back.
