Yeah, good point. The name isn't very good. I know OBDII does know coolant temp though. I just assumed it being pictured that it was a coolant temp. Glad you got it working again either way!

Edit: Yep, I searched it. CATEMP21 is Catalyst Temperature Bank 2, Sensor 1.

I mean that works too but how about when they all go out? Mine went out in this order RPM, MPH, gas gauge

My RPM gauge is off by 150-250 all the time. My thermostat works if it is 60 degrees or warmer. My gas gauge sometimes sticks and will be off by 1/4 tank. Knock on wood, I haven't experienced any issues with the speedometer.

I'll decide to replace out all stepper motors, once I start experiencing issues with speedometer.

I replaced my stepper motors (all 4) and it really isn't hard if you are patient and have used a sauntering iron before. It took me all of about an hour and a half, the most difficult part is getting all of the gauges accurate after you finish.

The last time I soldered anything was back in 8th grade, which was many moons ago, so I will leave it to the professionals. LOL
