I know it off topic, but I just had to say... AWESOME!

And back on topic, Rudolf, 1000 miles in 4 days, now that's the way these cars are supposed to be driven.

Rudy, that thing beat the s%$t out of a Volvo any day, i got more than a touch of Swedish blood flowing in me, I guess that's why I've spent my life at sea. By the way I find myself looking forward to your posts, great sense of humor and another take on the car culture.

Welcome to the cult of 2010 Stang owners. The 2010 was the top of line for the 4.6 cars, but they became the ugly stepchild of the 5.0's. The suspension is all the way around better. Brakes are better, with much better "perfomance friction' front pad. The interior of the 2010 is light years ahead of the 2005-09
The engine got five years of development from the 05-09's. So they are really reliable. There were changes to the steering, shocks, sta-bars, just all around better.

Do congrats. Mine also has the red interior. I have people coming up an admiring the car on an almost daily basis.

You'll never look back!

I'd buy another one in a heatbeat.

Eek, so many people here defending their 05-09 for no reason. I agree with the OP with all of those and it's what kept me away from those model years. The 2010 car fixed 80% of the issues I didn't like about the 05 cars, but I still think the 05 cars are amazing cars.

Anyway, congrats on the car, OP. Looks like you're having a blast. Love the red interior.

yes, its pretty easy to remove, If I remember correctly, once you remove the back 4 bolts, the front slips out as you slide it back.

What 50th celebration??? ROAD TRIP!!
