Hey guys I did a quick search and really didn't find anything but I know this topic has been talked about on threads. For the guys that do some racing every year how often do you change it. I think im gonna start changing mine once a year. Also I was wondering what kind some of you prefer for race applications. Im leaning towards RP but wanted to see what some of you use

I swap mine once a year. I check it often and its really clean. I just use what Napa sells. I think its valvoline. I also have the deep PA pan too. I put close to 100 runs down the strip every year.
