Default Pony Projection Mirrors

I'm wanting to add the pony projection lamps to my base GT mirrors and was wondering if anyone knows if the part that shown in this diagram is actually the light itself. Its #5 in the diagram. My mirrors have what looks to be a knockout in the same spot and I'm sure I can figure the wiring for them out.
