11. What are the main influencing factors when buying a car?
OK, I'll play - I'm a past Marketing grad

1. Mustangs, Camaros, Trans Ams, Corvettes and Mopars
2. Fun
3. Yes - Mustang (I'm in my 5th one)
4. Domestic
5. Awesome Car
6. Simply amazing. The best "new generation" Mustang to be released.
7. Way too cool!
8. Its like a composite sketch of the first gen mustangs, in a "if I were 40 years older" scenario. Classic styling, with modern day performance & technology.
9. Huh??? Oh that: The same thing that happens in all car commercials/adds. Advertisers take a nice shiney/clean car and drive it/park it on a wet surface - and it ALWAYS makes me wonder why MY car can't stay that clean while being driven on wet pavement [&:]
10. I own one - no test drive required
11. Whether or not its a Ford, price point, style and performance

Default RE: Hey 2005 Owners- I need your opinio

>1. When you think of “muscle car” or “American muscle” what comes to mind?

Road Runners and GTO's from the 60's, Camaros and Mustangs with 390 or larger engines. Actually any mid-size or sporty car from the 60's with 389 or larger engine.

>2. Please complete this sentence: A fast car is a __________car.

Gas sucking...

>3. Have you ever wanted to own a muscle car? If so, which kind?

Yes, but I get my speed thrills with motorcycles instead. I didn't bother trying to find a Mustang GT convertible because the V-6 was fast enough.

>4. Which is better, imported cars or domestic?

Better at what? Imported has better quality.

>5. What does “Mustang” mean to you?

The original sporty car and the only one that managed to survive 40 years. It's because the 2005 has the best styling cues from the original Mustang that I finally bought one. I don't even like Fords.

>6. Using your own words, describe the new Ford Mustangs.

Good styling. It is an excellent convertible compared to all other convertibles available out there.

>7. Please describe how you picture a typical mustang driver

A twenty-something kid who wants to modify the car but doesn't know why.

>8. Compare and contrast the new mustang to the classic mustang?

By classic, you mean 1970 and before, right? This is the first one since 1970 with classic styling, but it still behaves like a modern car.

>9. Using the picture provided in the upload (you may have seen it already), create a short story about what is going on.

Some dude parked his red Mustang GT on a wet road at night and took a photo.

What on earth do you want here? Duh.

>10. Why would you be/not be interested in a test drive?

I had to have a test drive to be convinced that the new Mustang was the right car for me. I bought mine specifically because I was so impressed after driving it. I wouldn't have bought it if I had only looked at it on the dealer lot.

>11. What are the main influencing factors when buying a car?

It must create some sort of excitement for me. It must be fun to drive. I must have an expectation that I will still enjoy the car ten years after I buy it rather than trading it in after three years. It has to be red.

____________________________

You need to work on the phrasing of some of these questions. And asking for a short story in a survey is just too much.

I hope some of my answer are useful to you, though.
