RTR vs AMR wheels
#12
Like someone else said price is king. What is your budget? I have staggered '20 AMR's on my '11 and love them. They are not my first choice, that goes to Vossen CV3's but at almost 3k for CV3's and tires there is not way I could swing that. I paid about 1200 for my AMRs and tires and am very happy with it. Something to keep in mind is that tires for '19s are expensive and the availability is not a great as 18's or 20's.
Thank you all for the advice

I bought the 18" AMR's staggered for my 05 GT:
my friend got the 19" AMR's:
Both are aluminum wheels but for some reason, the RTR's weigh about 2lbs more each. On your rotation mass, adding weight hurts you more than adding the same weigh to your trunk. Go AMR and don't look back!

Why is that?? I was also wondering about that and did a lot of research and so far you are the only one that said that. Everybody including AM said that I wont notice any difference.

Avant Garde has the same set up with their M310 wheels. These are low pressure cast though, so they have a higher load rating, use less material so they're lighter, and they look great in Matte Black, or Silver!
