Default Sway bar options

ive been looking on american muscle at their sway bars for the 2014 GT ill be getting in january.

they offer the eibach kit. Front and rear and all the bushings

they also offer the Ford Racing one. The kit looks almost the same but its about $25 cheaper.

anyone have any experience with either kit?

You really can't go wrong with either brand. They both make some of the best Suspension components available today for your Mustang! I have Eibach sway bars and bushings on my 2011 GT and absolutely love them. They definitely stiffen the car up a lot when cornering and I noticed a big difference!

The only reason I went with Eibach over Ford Racing was for the fact that I already had Eibach Springs on the car and just wanted everything to match. You'll be extremely happy with either option!

Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance in the near future, I'd be happy to help!

I'm pretty sure Eibach/Ford Racing are the same thing just rebranded.

Pretty much all the sway bars from quality manufacturers are exactly the same.

I too was debating between the Eibachs and the Ford racing sway bars and I choose Eibachs. The rear and front bars in the Eibach kit are adjustable, on the FRPP version only the front bar is adjustable. The bars made a very nice improvement in handling and recommend them highly.

I'm running the ford racing sways on the performance package.. You've felt how they feel

If you want some solid sway bars, go with whiteline. They should have a warranty and there's nothing but good reviews about them, they're based in Australia and are about 10 years ahead in the suspension industry. However, The ford racing package would be a cheaper way to go

Steeda's running 10% off through the holidays

BMR is 15% off via Jason at Hypermotive Performance through the holidays

both great options

I personally think Strano Swaybars are top of the line so I recommend talking to Sam at Strano Performance

...just saying

thanks for the help everyone. so it seems like the ony difference between the eibach and Ford ones is the colour, haha. and the adjustable rear.

i dont want to spend more than $450 but i will look into the whiteline and hotchkis ones also.

i just installed some racing beat swaybars on a newer Mazda Miata, it made the damn thing like a skateboard. it needed some wider wheels and tires!.

but i was blown away by the difference they made. thats what encouraged me to look into them.

I have $2,000 to spend on mods when i get my 14 GT and thats it for a very long time so im trying to see what i want to get,
so far i have on my list
CAI and Tune
Oil Catch Can
Roush Exhaust
Window tint
tint for all the amber lights and reflectors
and i have about $500 left so im looking into swaybars.

if anyone has any input on something i should buy insted let me know
