Default Fluid in Spark Plug Well 2006 GT

Hey Guys and Gals. I have been looking around the interweb for this issue, only saw some older stangs with this problem. Didnt see any 05-09 threads so im posting.

I have this issue, started a few days ago. Started to get sputtering, low idle like car was about to cut out. Took a while but finally got a code to show, a P0308 and P0316. #8 was misfiring. Pulled the COP and noticed some moisture on the boot. Looked in the Spark Plug well and saw some fluid, like a greenish/brown clear color. Im guessing its a coolant leak of some sorts.

Any tips or pointers on where to start, what to do, what to look at/for would be helpful.

FYI: I did a Spark Plug change in two months ago, no breaks with plugs. All came out clean, no signs of issues. 120,000 miles on the engine.

I'm sure by now you've cleaned that area up and removed the spark plug, what does the spark plug look like?

Is it possible this is from detailing the engine (maybe simple green and hosing off)?

Maybe the misfire and the fluid are not related.

Did you recently clean the engine? If not what does the oil look like when you pull the dipstick?

Haven't cleaned the engine with green stuff, but My battery died a few weeks ago while washing the car, had to push the car around a little to get it to a safe place for a jump.

I cleaned out the spark plug well but didn't pull the plug out, wasn't sure it that was safe but I will do it when I get back home. Dipstick for oil looks normal, smells like it should.

I had to move the car last night tho, couldn't keep it where it was. So I cleaned the well and boot, applied more dielectric and it didn't misfire during the ride. Seemed back to normal. But again later tonight I will check it out to see if the fluid is back and pull the plug to check the condition
