Did you submit your tune request form or whatever its called? They need that first, then they will load the tune on your tuner..then ship it to you. I made the same mistake, I was waiting on my tuner before requesting my tunes, not noticing that it was delaying shipment.

mine just changed from 'processing" to "approved"... just checked again 10 minutes later, "shipping now" AWESOME!

And coming on a forum to complain about not getting a tuner in a few days is classy. You fellas are not. You should give them a chance as they gave you an explanation. But no you come on here and rant. Its always good to see people come to their defense. Now if they were avoiding you then that's something different but AM doesn't do that. Companies like Am and several others try to maintain customer satisfaction at a high level. This thread should be deleted for the bull****. Be patient
