Default Front License Plate Mount for 14 GT/CS

Hello all,
I recently purchased a 2014 GT/CS. The car came from PA where (I believe) there is no front License plate requirement. Because of this the front bumper has not been touched which is great but here in VA I'm required to have a front license plate. I'm looking for options on mounting it without drilling into the bumper. I was wondering if I could some how mount it to the lower grill? Has anyone seen any options on this? The ones that come up from under the car wont work because of the front splitter.
Thanks as always.

I have the same motorized plate holder.
Just wanted to add that they're built well 'cause that was a worry of mine. I've had mine on my daily driven car for over two years now and the most I've had to do is change the remote fob's battery.

If you get a front bracket from a 2006 F-150 (about $25), it has tabs that will slip between your splitter and lower bumper. A zip tie behind the plate to hold the bracket to the lower grill will keep it from sliding out. My car is a 2013 GT

Excellent. Thanks all! I like the idea of the one from the 2006 but not sure it will work with the splitter. I appreciate the feedback.

So I tried to use the 2006 F150 bracket but I can't seem to get it to work. May need to play around with it some more. I only had a few minutes. There are lower and upper tabs on it. Do the bigger tabs go at the top or the bottom? I like it though because it doesn't appear that any sort of drilling will be needed if I can get it to fit. Thanks again for the recommendations.

I say forget the plate.

My car was bought new in VA and had no such front plate. I know it's a new law in VA that a front plate isn't always required.

I live in MD, and am in the DMV area, and the only time I do anything regarding the front plate is parking in downtown DC, where putting the front plate in the front window is good enough when it's parked.
